Ask Rich LLC did a primary bath remodel for us this fall. He was easy to work with. Rich listened to my dream for the space and worked up a design with our wants and needs in mind. He was also flexible with changes I asked to be made to the space as it came together.
Rich’s team was excellent. They were very respectful of us and our home. Johnny, Caesar and River worked well together and were skilled at remodeling. Rich also had multiple contractors he used for plumbing and electrical and tile work. They were all extremely knowledgeable and efficient in the work they did.

I would like to recommend Rich Esqueda and his team of workers at Ask Rich Remodeling. We had a wonderful experience on two projects. The first was putting in two egress windows in our downstairs bedrooms. Rich gave us updates on when each contractor would be coming and everything went smoothly.
We were so happy with how they turned out that we decided to have Rich do a total remodel on our bathroom. It had been 35 years with a brown tub and sinks. We got the same excellent service and his crew was so polite and professional and on time.

Over the last 20+ years, Ask Rich Remodeling has done several projects for us, from renovating a bathroom to constructing a one-story addition to our North End home in Tacoma. The quality of the work has always been very high, and when an occasional problem has arisen, Rich has been prompt to remedy it, no questions asked.
Whether the project has been planned to take a couple of weeks or several months, the organization of subcontractors and workers has made each project reach completion in the projected time, which has required good planning and work management. We have found all the workers and subcontractors Rich uses to be skilled, careful, well-mannered, and considerate people.
